Meet 4.5 month old Donovan and his amazing parents, Michelle and Brian. This family had a very special, positive sleep coaching experience. The Struggle Was Real

Cue sleep coaching! After hearing a personal review from a good family friend, Donovan’s parents reached out to me for a 30-minute consultation, and it was a game-changer for them. As I listened, I got to know a little about the situation. I immediately offered hope and a plan for a gentle sleep training method that could be designed to bring sleep and wellness stability to their home. His little digestive system had to adjust to more food intake and his symptoms of reflux (diagnosed by a doctor) seemed to disappear. Mom felt so confident in his newly found love of milk during the day that she was ready to drop feeds through the night. Most importantly, Mom regained her rest, mental health, and the ability to enjoy quality time with her baby. Dad and D formed an unbreakable bond as he was finally able to be a part of all things baby as well instead of just helplessly standing by.
